Mi-am dat teatral ochii peste cap.
-Tu pierzi afacerea de la 2 la 3 AM, Helena, i-am raspuns, ridicand dezaprobatoare din umeri.Am ascuns pachetul de Marlboro in buzunarul blugilor, gandindu-ma ce marfuri de contrabanda i-ar conveni Helenei cadou.Miss Rose avea urgenta nevoie de asa ceva.
Am schitat un ranjet sarcastic in coltul gurii cand m-am uitat la Ashlyn si Rosalie, amandoua cu tigara intre buze.Reticenta de data asta, le-am urmat exemplul.
-Apropo, am continuat eu oftand, presupun ca nu am venit in camera asta doar ca sa tragem fumuri.
